Christie Sands leads Real Goods Solar's Silicon Valley sales group. Christie brings eight years of experience across broad segments of the solar business, including sales and operations management. Before joining Real Goods Solar, Christie was responsible for sales, operations, and administration for MC Solar.

Paul Allen packs a powerhouse of technical knowledge and expertise, as evidenced by his extensive training and education. Born and raised in Iowa, Paul has his Bachelor’s of Science in Marine Engineering Design from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and completed a Masters level program in Nuclear Power. He holds several California contractor’s licenses: C-10 (Electrical), C-36 (Plumbing) and A (General Engineering).
Josh was raised in an eco-conscious family growing up, so renewable energy was never far from his reality. To that end, he sees being a solar power consultant for Real Goods Solar as a natural fit for his lifestyle. “I want to make this earth a better and cleaner place,” says Josh. That’s all there is to it!
Born and raised in Belmont, CA with a Business Marketing degree from CSU Long Beach. After 8 years of business experience in the high tech industry, Paul decided to put his skills and experience in the service of the solar industry. Paul dove head first into the rigorous NABCEP certification program to be trained as a solar designer and sales consultant.
Iain Crabb has his hands full as the “master” of operations for our South Bay regional office. Prior to joining Real Goods Solar, Iain served for 8 years at Cisco Systems, Inc. in numerous financial management and planning positions, supporting the manufacturing and engineering divisions.
