Jennie Dito

North Bay Regional Sales Manager

Jennie has always had a deep love for the environment, as evidenced by her tireless work in the fields of nature conservation and renewable energy. Prior to joining Real Goods Solar, Jennie supported the efforts of RECON Environmental Inc. where she wrote and compiled environmental impact reports. Realizing that such work was primarily “reactionary” in terms of protecting the environment, Jennie sought out a more “proactive” approach to her work. And she found it in solar.

Will Feeney

Solar Power Consultant

Will has been in the solar industry for over five years. Prior to that he spent 15 years in the municipal bond market as a portfolio manager analyzing and trading utility, water, and renewable energy bonds. He has a Bachelors of Science from the University of Colorado in Environmental Conservation and a MBA in finance from the University of San Francisco.

Matt Hills

Solar Power Consultant

Matt has been working in the solar industry since 2007. His interest in energy conservation was formulated at an early age, having been raised in a community that strived for social and environmental change. Following the spirit of his upbringing, he went on to pursue a degree in environmental studies from the University of California Santa Cruz.

Stephen Vick

Solar Power Consultant

Stephen has been involved in the solar industry for the last 2 years. Prior to joining Real Goods Solar, Stephen worked with a Bay Area engineering firm that provided PV engineering and design services to a wide range of large-scale solar projects throughout California. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing form California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo, CA.

Dan Williams

Operations Manager

Dan Williams is proud to be running the operations for our Real Goods Solar North Bay office. A certified journeyman electrician by trade, Dan literally “saw the light” when it came to solar and decided that was where the future of electrical power would be. Dan came on as operations manager back in 2006. Now a veteran at Real Goods Solar, Dan looks over his team like family.

Gavin Burns

Construction Manager

As our construction manager for the North Bay region, Gavin knows how to run his teams like a “tight ship”. Gavin was a former Marine who served 4 years in Iraq, Kuwait, Okinawa, Thailand, South Korea, and here at home in San Diego. After leaving the Marines, Gavin wanted to augment the technical training he received in the military towards a career in the construction trades.

Nick Cohon

Installation Foreman

Managing a team of solar installers is no small feat, but Nick Cohon takes on the challenge with serious dedication. He was inspired to join the solar movement after his next door neighbor had solar installed. Nick started as a solar installer, but his leadership abilities were quickly recognized and he was promoted to foreman.

Andrew Deis

Electrical Foreman

Energy efficiency is Andrew Deis’ middle name. A graduate of Humboldt State University, Andrew already had a natural inclination towards the science and mechanics of electrical systems. It was, in Andrew’s words, a need to put his energy into something useful that brought him into the solar field.

Sarah Rincon

IIT Specialist

Sarah is the IIT (Incentives & Interconnection Team) Specialist for the North Bay region. That means that she’s the gal that makes sure all the important paperwork involving solar installation for our customers gets processed. Sarah’s primary focus is on solar incentives (making solar systems more affordable for our customers) and interconnections (allowing customers to be electricity generators on the utility grid).

Jeff Barboni

Solar Power Consultant

Jeff has been involved in solar and renewable energy for over 15 years. After his 1994 discovery of Real Goods founder John Schaeffer’s venerable book, The Solar Living Sourcebook, he felt that he finally had the tools he needed to implement his desire to work towards creating positive change.

Danna West

Marketing Coordinator

Danna West comes to Real Goods Solar with 8 years of marketing, events and alternative energy experience. Most recently she was a Marketing Manager at the Cleantech Group, where she helped to open the San Francisco office and market international cleantech events, research and data and consulting services around the world.

Bill Ryder

Solar Power Consultant

Bill has been in professional services for over 20 years, and is thrilled to be part of the environmentally responsible solar industry. From the start of his sales career, Bill was motivated by ecological ideals. Working with Unilever USA in the consumer packaging division, he worked tirelessly with his customers to reduce and eliminate harmful chemicals in their production process.
