As our construction manager for the North Bay region, Gavin knows how to run his teams like a “tight ship”. Gavin was a former Marine who served 4 years in Iraq, Kuwait, Okinawa, Thailand, South Korea, and here at home in San Diego. After leaving the Marines, Gavin wanted to augment the technical training he received in the military towards a career in the construction trades.

He was inspired to join the solar movement after his next door neighbor had solar installed. Nick started as a solar installer, but his leadership abilities were quickly recognized and he was promoted to foreman.

Sarah is the IIT (Incentives & Interconnection Team) Specialist for the North Bay region. That means that she’s the gal that makes sure all the important paperwork involving solar installation for our customers gets processed. Sarah’s primary focus is on solar incentives (making solar systems more affordable for our customers) and interconnections (allowing customers to be electricity generators on the utility grid).
