In 2001, Jet was working at Chicago’s Board of Operations Exchange when he started itching for a career shift. “I wanted to be working in something that I really believed in,” says Jet. “I was reading a lot about solar in Solar Today journal and it was apparent that the solar industry was about to develop into a major growth industry.” So Jet hopped on board.

Josh is all about creating positive change and growth in his community. “I came into solar to create a better future for our children!” he exclaims. With his Bachelor or Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Josh set to work improving his community by joining up with Real Goods Solar as a solar sales expert.

Bob Evans’ passion is about helping to correct human activities that are causing global warming in our local communities and beyond. So in 2001, Bob founded the Independent Energy Systems solar company in Santa Cruz, one of the highly successful legacy companies that is now part of Real Goods Solar.

Dana’s been working in the solar industry since 2006 and is now the Operations Manager for the Santa Cruz regional office of Real Goods Solar. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo with a concentration in International Management.

Charles Wolff

Lead Solar Installer

As Construction Manager at Real Goods Solar, Santa Cruz, Charles brings his incredible attention to detail and commitment to quality to managing a team of 8-12 installers. He worked as a lead installer with Independent Energy Systems for two years, and prior to that had three years experience as a lead installer for Eco Energies in San Jose.

Roseanne Provost-Morgan

Director of Rebate & Interconnections

Roseanne comes to Real Goods Solar with over 20 years of experience in construction accounting and management, with a focus on construction management software. Her environmental awareness began while living in Europe and traveling the world, observing human impact on our planet.

Jarrett McGuckin

Solar Power Consultant

Jarrett joins Real Goods Solar after fourteen years in the Spa/Hot tub industry. He spent the last eight years as a manufacturer’s representative with Jacuzzi Brands Inc. in the North American market. He brings with him a great knowledge of customer service and a personalized attention to detail.
