SANTA CRUZ, CA—The Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors and the Santa Cruz City Council each voted unanimously yesterday to advance an Energy Independence & Economic Stimulus Initiative program to provide residential property owners with special financing options to install energy generation improvements, as well as provide economic stimulus for the region’s nascent green economy.
